Michael Hui

Hui Wai Tak tells people's fortunes by feeling their bones. In reality though, he is a scam artist who gathers information on his clients in advance and uses it to milk them for money. When the wife of Commissioner David Ho of the Inland Revenue Department (IRD) comes to see him, he reveals that her husband is cheating on her. After facing the wrath of his wife, Ho decides to get revenge and sends junior assessor Yau Ho Kay to investigate Hui's income. During the investigation, Hui sustains a brain injury and slips into a coma. After he wakes up, he suddenly discovers that he has gained the real ability to see people's futures.

Michael is a guitarist in a night club, but his indulgence in gambling costs him his job. He is kicked out of the band. Wandering in an alley, he accidentally overhears a gang of drug dealers plotting. He is caught as he tries to get away. Michael seeks the help of his roommate, Roger who is the manager of a girls band preparing to go on a performing tour to Thailand. Roger takes Michael as a band member so that he can get away. While in Thailand, Michael falls in love with the leading female singer of the band. He tries all sorts of ways to gain her attention and love, while keeping one jump ahead of pursuing gangsters...

Mr. Wong (Michael Hui) is the chief chef in a Teppanyaki restaurant. His overbearing wife and sadistic father-in-law make his home life a misery, so he spends all day dreaming about his dream girl, Sissy (Sally Yeh). When she comes into the restaurant, Wong seizes the opportunity and arranges to take her on a tour of the Paradise Island. Unfortunately, his wife and her friend go with him.

Sam and Ricky are delivering a large sum of money to a bank when a robbery takes place under their nose. after a series of hair-raising about hilarious chases, the agents get their men. With Michael and Sam giving their reward money to Ricky. They live haphazardly ever after.

Struggling actor Chih-Wen (Michael Hui) got a raw deal from his company, MTV Studios. He signed a binding 8-year contract with the studio and was only given one opportunity to perform live thus far. Soon, he received a better deal with a rival company, who promised a 5-year contract and better opportunities to perform and make money. Since he cannot start working for the new company because of his current 8-year contract with MTV, he and his scientist-aspiring brother (Ricky Hui), with the help of magician Shih-Chieh (Sam Hui), attempt to steal the contract from his ruthless manager.

Li (Sam Hui) works at a sanitarium as a male nurse, and Ah Tim (Michael Hui) is a handy man. One day, a bearded old man is sent into the sanitarium with a large bag. Ah Tim manages to steal the bag, and finds antique fragments inside. When the old man dies, the pair learn from his daughter that there is a sunken vessel that is loaded with much more than they already have, so they decide to go after the sunken treasure.

Michael Hui stars as Wen, a convict who's always out to make a quick dollar through gambling. Being behind bars doesn't stop him from making something off of his gambling skills. Samuel Hui co-stars as Chieh,a novice gambler who gets into trouble one day when he tries to steal casino chips from a crooked card dealer Dean Shek). Whilst in jail, Chieh meets Wen and the latter agrees to become his mentor. Can Wen and Chieh make a fortune from their combined skills or will the duo wind up back in prison?
