He is best known for directing the MCU miniseries WandaVision (2021) and the film The Fantastic Four: First Steps (2025). He has also directed episodes of The Great, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia, Fargo and Game of Thrones. He was the artistic director of the Geffen Playhouse in Los Angeles, California, from 2017 to 2023.
