In the not so distant future, Theodore, a lonely writer, purchases a newly developed operating system designed to meet the user's every need. To Theodore's surprise, a romantic relationship develops between him and his operating system. This is what it looks like when Lena Dunham, Spike Jonze, Avicii, Vanessa Hudgens and Michael Shannon get together. Dunham wrote a short film for Sunday night's YouTube Music Awards about a heartbroken guy (Nick Lashaway) whose ex-girlfriend (Hudgens) is hooking up with a daft DJ (Shannon). Things start to look up for the protagonist when he meets an impetuous young woman (Dree Hemingway), but the pleasure is only fleeting thanks to the film's finale, which was chosen by the viewing audience: "a double tragedy" in the vein of "Romeo & Juliet" set to the beat of Avicii's "Wake Me Up" and played for laughs.

This is an epic tale of two gangs, like The Jets and The Sharks. But Girl and Chocolate aren't even gangs. Some of them act tough and some of them act like babies. But they are even more unlike the Jets and The Sharks in that they aren't even battling each other for territory. They really don't know what the hell they are doing. They don't have a feud, most of them really like each other so that is another thing they don't have in common with the Jets and the Sharks. What they do have in common with The Jets and The Sharks is they love to dance. And when I say dance, I mean SKATE. And when I say SKATE, I mean really good. From the directors that brought you Mouse, Yeah Right and Fully Flared, another chapter in this tale with no plot, no ending but beautiful inner battles acted out on a little board with wheels.

Solid Gold Hits is a greatest hits collection by Beastie Boys, released in November 2005. In contrast to 1999's The Sounds of Science anthology, Solid Gold Hits consists only of tracks that were released as singles. Where The Sounds of Science is a double CD compilation, Solid Gold Hits contains one CD with all their singles that broke gold, plus a DVD with the respective videos of the songs. Although the standard US release of the CD/DVD has 15 songs, the Japanese release has the song and video for "Right Right Now Now" as the last song.

Music videos for the album Medúlla. The medúlla videos. A documentary about the making of the "Triumph of a Heart" music video is also included as a bonus feature. Partially a mockumentary, the feature focuses on the auditions for the bar patrons who had to be able to make the noises and sound effects required for the live performance in the music video. The sound effects and noises used in the video were edited for a full remix released on the "Triumph of a Heart" CD single, titled the "Audition Mix". It is currently Björk's only DVD which features subtitles.

Weezer: Video Capture Device - Treasures From the Vault 1991-2002 contains every one of Weezer's music videos from that time period (including the classic Spike Jonze directed clips for "The Sweater Song," and "Buddy Holly"). Also included are never-before-released videos, live footage from the beginning of the band's career, acoustic performances, and footage of the band at work in the studio.

Hot Chocolate is a documentary that chronicles the 2003 Chocolate skateboard team tour. The video showcases the talents of new additions Marc Johnson, Justin Eldridge and Chris Roberts as well as day-oners like Chico Brenes and Daniel Castillo. Interviews and voice-overs give insight into the team's personality and life on the road. Special features include: Girl High Fives on the I-5 tour, a slide-show, and an emotional opening with a tribute to the late Keenan Milton.

Spike Jonze and his team visit the UK and interview members of the public, asking them to imagine an Oasis music video that they'll star in with the band. Oasis didn't like anyone's ideas and so the video was never made, but Spike still made his film.

In View: The Best Of R.E.M. 1988–2003 is a DVD featuring videos by the rock band R.E.M. during 1988–2003, released as a companion to the Warner Bros. compilation In Time: The Best of R.E.M. 1988-2003. All but two of the songs included on the audio CD made the DVD—the exceptions being "All the Right Friends" (which had no official music video) and "Animal" (the video not having been shot until early 2004.)

Charlie Kaufman is a confused L.A. screenwriter overwhelmed by feelings of inadequacy, sexual frustration, self-loathing, and by the screenwriting ambitions of his freeloading twin brother Donald. While struggling to adapt "The Orchid Thief," by Susan Orlean, Kaufman's life spins from pathetic to bizarre. The lives of Kaufman and Orlean's book become strangely intertwined as each one's search for passion collides with the other's.

Volumen Plus is an official DVD released by Björk on December 2, 2002. The DVD, whose release coincided with the release of the comprehensive Greatest Hits - Volumen 1993-2003, offers those who purchased the original Volumen release an opportunity to own the missing seven videos included on the newer release on DVD at a lower price. It includes all the videos from "Alarm Call" to "Nature Is Ancient", the latter of which being the only video on the release for which there was no corresponding single release, as the video was created only for the promotion of the Family Tree box-set.
