Once upon a time in Russia, communism fell and Rock 'n' Roll rose to power. One band reigned supreme and toured far and wide across the eastern earth, but never even left Russia - until now. They only have once chance, to not only rule Russia -but to become the best band in the West. The strategy is simple - get on the boat, create an album - and make new friends. All with hopes of finally becoming a household name in the United States. But sometimes fame is harder than just toppling a government.

A modern take on an old folk tale. The musical retains the characters and motifs of the well-known tale by Alexander Rowe, but adds new plot collisions and characters.

The plot is built around the traditional meeting of old friends in the bath and subsequent events. Musical stars, actors and comedians act out the most recognizable scenes from their favorite New Year's Soviet films and perform songs familiar to everyone.

The noble and beloved policeman Ramash, thanks to whom peace and order reign in the city of Khurmada, joins the fight against the cunning, greedy bandit Shamar. Shamar, raised by foster parents, arranges a series of crimes in the city, and Ramash stands up for Khurmada. During the active confrontation, it turns out that Ramash and Shamar are brothers separated in childhood. The brothers' investigation leads them to the trail of the culprit of the great fire that claimed the lives of Ramash and Shamar's parents. They turn out to be Khurmada's main patron and patron, Sandurlai, with whom they have to fight.

Shurik, like Forrest Gump, will tell the amazing story of his love, traveling through legendary Soviet films and modern memes. He will be helped by Chebubu, a new character, "from childhood, but from 2025" and the king of pop music, Filippino-Kirkorino.

The New Year's musical film has everything that Andersen described in his famous fairy tale "The Snow Queen", but with the attributes of the modern world. The Snow Queen is a powerful woman who charms the young man Kai and promises to make a pop star out of him.

A meld of legendary performers and contemporary artists of today who have been influenced by Ray's music perform in this concert extravaganza.

15-year-old schoolgirl Alisa finds herself in Wonderland, where the sun is always at its zenith and there is no time. At 30, Oleg and Seryoga still dream of becoming rock stars. They play in a little-known band, live in a communal apartment, and are preparing for an important performance at a local festival. On the eve of the concert, they are unexpectedly approached by Oleg's uncle, a 50-year-old man with mental disabilities, whom the boys cannot leave unattended, not even for a minute.

The impetus to making the film was the book of the same name by the Russian religious philosopher Vasily Rozanov, who died 100 years ago. His treatise was devoted to the study of sexuality and its denial in Christianity. The film was made in the style of experimental films of the 1920s with a non-linear narration full of strange surrealistic images. He is black and white and devoid of dialogue. Filmed on film 16 mm of firm "Svema", released in the USSR. This added to his exoticism. The image was put to the music of Alexander Scriabin “The Poem of Ecstasy” (1907).

The Brothers Karamazov novel is the epitome of Fyodor Dostoevsky’s creative work, the acme of the philosophic investigation carried out by this colossal and restless mind throughout his life. World renowned choreographer Boris Eifman offers a remarkable vision of the core ideas within the novel, expanding upon them though body language as a way of exploring the origins of the moral devastation of the Karamazovs; creating through choreographic art an equivalent of what Dostoyevsky investigated so masterfully in his book, the excruciating burden of destructive passions and evil heredity. This ballet production is also known and performed as Beyond Sin.

The Tsar is having his daughter Zabava marry a charmingly handsome and a handsomely charming Paul, a rich heir and a foreign fancy pants. However, it's a bit of a challenge, since Zabava wants a marriage of love, not of calculation. Her unexpected encounter with sailor Ivan, a simpleton yet an honest and endearing guy, messes up Paul's plans of snatching the crown. Makulatura [which means both scrap paper and pulp fiction in Russian] is a duo of poets Evgeniy Alyokhin and Konstantin Speransky, who have been performing together since 2003. Blending classic literature references, mind-bending introspection, musings on modern love and an ironic attitude to their act, they create what faithful fans and listeners call “existential rap.” The film follows Makulatura on tour through several Russian cities.

Russian musical performers, and with them familiar movie characters, began to speak and sing in a romantic language in the style of the French pop of the 60s and 70s.
